2. User Obligations & Authenticity of Records

Clients engaging LAWZIX represent and warrant that all contracts, notices, and evidentiary records provided through our intake system are genuine, lawful, and furnished with requisite legal authority. LAWZIX does not fabricate, alter, or back-date documentary proof under any circumstances.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary frameworks, methodologies, trademarks (including PRACTIQ™), editorial text, diagrams, software code, and styling appearing on this domain are the exclusive intellectual property of LAWZIX Legal Intelligence Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Warranty

LAWZIX provides paralegal research and documentation services with professional diligence. However, legal determinations, court judgments, and arbitral rulings are within the sovereign discretion of judicial and arbitral authorities. LAWZIX gives no warranty or guarantee regarding courtroom outcomes.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai / New Delhi, India.
