Refund & Cancellation Policy

LAWZIX Legal Intelligence Private Limited (“LAWZIX”) maintains a transparent fee structure anchored to clearly defined operational milestones and written Scopes of Support.

1. Milestone-Based Engagements

All professional legal support, research dossiers, and contract drafting engagements proceed according to mutually agreed Scope of Support agreements detailing deliverables, review stages, and delivery timelines.

2. Cancellation Prior to Work Inception

If a client formally cancels an engagement prior to the commencement of research or document structuring activities (within 12 hours of formal onboarding), a full refund of any advance retainer will be issued, less an administrative processing fee not exceeding 10%.

3. Work-in-Progress & Completed Deliverables

Once research analysis, chronology construction, or document drafting has been initiated, refunds are computed on a strictly prorated basis reflecting hours invested and deliverables already assembled. Upon delivery of a final completed briefing file or executed contract draft, fee retainers are non-refundable.

4. Quality Review & Revisions

We are committed to institutional precision. If a client identifies any factual discrepancy, unverified citation, or typographical error within 14 days of delivery, LAWZIX provides complimentary expedited revisions to rectify the file.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed via original electronic payment methods (NEFT / RTGS / UPI / Payment Gateway) within 7 business days of written cancellation approval.
